Did I doze off for a second? I think there was what about .6 seconds difference between Norris and Piastri pit stop. When Norris came out it he was just over 3 seconds ahead of Piastri so. So why slow down Norris 3+ seconds to give the position back to Piastri? Was that 3+ seconds gained from them stopping at different times?

I agree with steved033 - if I was Norris I'd keep my foot in it and win it.

EDIT as I wrote this the difference is bigger now at 4 seconds

 

F1 has got to get rid of these nonsense tire rules. It’s ruining racing IMO. I don’t tune in to watch tire strategy.

Just let them earn it on the track. No holds barred.
