This was just one test and it seems like an outlier. The "lesser" SF90 Stradale was quicker than the Senna on Autocar's track. I doubt that the XX will fare any worse than the Stradale.

It really depends on the track. One having more tight corners will benefit the SF90 due to the hybrid torque and AWD. Ones with high speed corners and heavy braking zones will favour the Senna due its significantly lower weight and higher downforce.

The SportAuto track is has a nice mix of corners and some long straights.

It does depend on the track, but flat out sections (including corners) will favour the Ferrari's straight line speed advantage.

Vmax at the end of the longest SportAuto straight:
    SF90xx: 287 kph
    Senna: 286 kph

I maintain that this test is not indicative. Let 's wait for more tests.

Generally, f250 will be faster than the Senna on any track regardless. at least 200hp more than the XX Stradale and significantly more extreme aero than the xx stradale.

I wasn't even talking about the F250, but rather the SF90 XX. :)

Most definitely. The F250’s benchmark should be the Project One and Valkyrie (and P1 replacement).

I believe SF90 XX has no relevance to the F250 in ‘real world ‘ terms …. Apples with potatos , not even with pears … ( hope that travels /translates well ?!)

I respect everyone’s opinion ,but imho that’s not the case here ….Both the other cars you mention are tremendous , cutting edge ( apparently ) etc etc …. That’s actually not the point for a large number of us Ferrari fanatics - I’m honest enough to say I like cars , but am addicted to anything ferrari related . Naturally , if they made a donkey , I’d say “ Hee Haaw”, but they just don’t !!
After 26 solid years of Ferrari ownership , never for profit /flipping , I’ve had my fair share of V8/V12 models/specials/limited/beyond limited …. I feel blessed that ‘pulling teeth ‘ has allowed me to indulge in Ferrari - regardless of what the ‘competition’ has on offer at the same time ….. this is not the time anymore for the decade old ‘holy trinity ‘- Yes , of course there has to be relevant and appropriate peer discussions…. However , Ferrari cuts a path of non-conformity . The WHOLE package is more important than the parts . I’m a Ferrari fanatic through and through being a teenager in the 80s ( Thanks Selleck and Thompson- if you know , you know ).. But ,Ferrari provide a genuine different , visceral vibe , for any given moment /decade . I’m sure that comparisons to others on certain metrics is important to Ferrari , of course , but THE most important metric for ferrari is the feel of the MAGIC of Ferrari that those of the lucky ( 599 +199 +30 coupes/Aperta/xx) , not AMG 1/ Valk/Mission X etc feel..
F250 … LM?….. 1250bhp etc etc ….. as long as the feeling of Ferrari Magic exudes , we all win . I trust we will have Top Trumps owners car

London, Sept 28/29 is the prospective owner viewing. Gullwing doors. Roof scoop. All new V8. HV Battery derived from their F1 battery, so much lighter than ever before. "Extreme" aero combined with the "beauty" of the P1. 399 cars(rumored).

  19. No, the C8 looks better.

At least under the hood it does.

    V8 > piccolo V12 :D
