Ferrari Owners' Factory Tour - Covid

Hi --

I was planning a trip to Italy for this summer and was hoping to do the factory tour. Unfortunately, our dealer said that they are still not doing any of these for Covid reasons. Does anyone have insight on when this may open back up? In the States, everything seems to be mostly back to normal, so I'm surprised that still months away there are no plans to restart activities like this. Thanks!

 

Italy is not out of the woods yet. Except for Germany they are doing the worst of all the EU countries. Maybe things will improve by this summer, but I wouldn't count on it.

 

I am trying to get one for September. My dealer said that things were still closed. If I hear any positive news I will share.

I was trying to do the same for July and my dealer told me the same thing. He is seeing if they may change it in the coming months or what other options there may be. If I get anything promising, I will let you know as well.

Hi Gents. My wife and I are going to the Italian GP at the end of August. We spoke to our dealer about the factory tour. Anyone have any recent tours? Thanks

 

There is some recent feedback in the main discussion section - traditionally the owners tours have not been available to coincide with the Italian GP but that may have changed - the basic public shuttle tours are available then

 

I just got from factory tour last week - it was incredible very detailed and invokes even more passion for Ferrari, as an owner it’s a must do experience

I am over for the race end of month and will do the tour again the Thursday before, the 29th so it is possible. Can’t wait to see the 12c in the flesh.

 

Is the factory tour only available to those who have purchased a modern Ferrari from a dealer? Or can a classic Ferrari owner (and not original purchaser of the car) also enjoy the privilege?

Myself being the latter, and assuming I'm eligible, how do I go about organizing it? Would my local dealer handle this even if I've never done business with them?

I appreciate any advice you guys might have!
