I only got the front window and the 1/4 windows tinted, never going to cover the masterpiece you look at through the rear glass

 

The last decent sounding Ferrari ever made (ok the F12 and 599 are pretty good too [emoji12]

I sent it to my daughter and told her this could be her at 76.

Horse would be 92.

 

And some clients... I got dragged into a project I didn't want to do by some 'friends' except during construction (while I was overseas) they changed literally every single thing and the place now looks like a detention centre...
Most of the changes were to cheaper alternatives but all the changes doubled the construction time and therefore costs. I reckon instead of decreasing costs, they would have blown out by 20% just on builders margin for every variation.
I had spent endless hours confirming they understood and definitely wanted everything as drawn plus the cost risk of variations - all to no avail... so frustrating.
Am now officially a 'retired architect' on the roll!
