599 tubi exhaust

A friend just purchased a 559 gtb with a tubi exhaust.
Since he plans on showing the car, he is removing it and installing the factory exhaust.
What is a fair price for a used set in excellent condition?
I searched the forum but did not see anything and I looked on Ebay and also could not find a set listed.

 

Not sure about price of used tubi, but if he needs a oem exhaust I have one since I switched to HGTE

 

Thanks for the offer, but he has already installed the stock exhaust. That is why he is looking to sell the tubi. He is going to list it on Ferrarichat, but has no idea what a fair price is. I figured someone here might know.

 

I paid 2,500 about five years ago. I also have Fabspeed straight pipes and I pinned the flaps open on the Tubi. The sound is quite good but not over powering. Good burbles!

 

George- $2-3K seems to be the going rate for used Tubis.

 

You guys are doing this all wrong. It's $20 all day

 

Thanks so much for the info. So it seems if he lists them on FChat for around $2k, it should be a fair price. I will let him know and hopefully it will be listed shortly.

 

Mine included shipping from Germany.

 

These are located in Southern California, so hopefully the buyer is close and can pick them up. Shipping them in the United States, should not be expensive.

Which Tubi system is it? There are a few different ones for the 599.

They are the non valved exhaust.

 

I think that Tubi refers to this exhaust as the "Louder" version. If anyone is interested, it will be listed for sale this weekend.
