Soundwise, it is a bit of a disaster...
Whilst sound is indeed important, sometimes I wonder if this forum is populated by petrolheads, or audiophiles.
The only name in the list of potential names for this car that isn’t LaFerrari-level cringe is F80. A bit boring but because of the history of F40 and F50, F80 would send the message that it is the top shelf, halo car.
They would never call the f250 a 499 GTB, 499 GTS or 499 Speciale, and 499P Modificata has been used already. They may use LM or Le Mans in the name though
YES IT WILL Its covered YES so it will look different. No one will stand for door gaps like that. In fact it looks unfinished oh that's right it is. The F250 is massively different to the render and these new mules are different to the ones the render was based on. lots more detail can be seen. just like I told you weeks ago when the render and the wrap car as you call it hit the lime light.
I said it will change didn't say and have never said disappear all together. and give how much has changed and also what is now visible. I am more on point than you
We have a 296 GTB/GTS, 296 GT3, 296 Challenge and a 296 VS in development there will be no XX. and the F250 is not a 296
Don’t really want to get involved but that’s not quite true is it? You said that the front panels will be different, the implication being they are currently disguised. You suggested it bore no logic to have the vertical element behind the front wheel arch and that this couldn’t possibly be the mostly finished vehicle. The opposing view was that this is basically the finished vehicle and the details that remain unrevealed are technical and those that are only hidden by the wrap. It seems the latter view will be much closer to the truth but it will only be confirmed which view is correct in October at the reveal so the jury is still out but your view seemed very clear to me.
For example. You also thought the top lip on the front panel was not a production item among other things.

A couple of observations. The light cluster at the front looks interesting. Very large, but very slim from the front, meaning very flatly angled. With the boxy, sloping, vented front, it gives real echoes of the Le Mans racers of the past and present. Also, in this shot the rear spoiler seems as though it can articulate backwards, taking it out of the airflow altogether (almost looks like it could produce lift though I have no idea why you would want that). "clearly the latter is an assumption and you know what that say about that. so now its a wait to see .
From these photos of the camouflaged car, the F250 looks so generic (almost like a supercar of the '90s ) ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
seems like a fairly bland design for a modern ferrari hypercar (enzo/la were wild imo at the time they came out) but we'll see!
With exception of the sound, I think I’m going to be happy when they pull the wrap off. I like the purposeful silhouette, and it will all be in the details..
From what I know, Ferrari is bringing the LaF battery manufacturing and repair in-house now. They are also doing it with new battery technology. So this should reduce the price significantly. It also should make the battery more reliable. I am guessing this is related to recently announced warranties for hybrid batteries. If someone knows definitively, please add/correct me.
