Hi I'm wondering how easy it is to clear the Pad sensor warning on the dash?
The car is a 2019 Ferrari 488 Challenge.

I'm hoping it isn't a dealership trip as the scan tools I've had access to haven't been able to display any options for clearing the warning on the dash.
All pads and rotors are brand new.

Does the sensor just give a wear warning near end of life or does it actually give percentage?

Generically speaking, most pad wear sensors are simple continuity circuits that when broken trigger the light. So you can just connect the two wires together to get rid of the light. You likely have a broken wire or bad sensor. I haven’t had to deal with this on my 458 yet but literally every other car I’ve dealt with, most recently Porsche, that’s all it was. No computer involved.

Usually this is the case in my past experience. But new sensors and it’s still triggering a warning on the dash.

Just a thought...did you hook new pad sensors up with the new pads and the light is still on? If you did not use seasons with the new pads just take the old sensors and cut the 2 wires coming from the plug and solder them together, tape wrap and plug them in and the car will think the sensors are working. Sensor are just a loop and when the sensor wears it breaks that loop and triggers the pad wear light on the dash.

That was my first thought, but the sensors are all brand new which are supplied by Ferrari with the new pads. However the warnings are still present on the dash

Just for grins make 4 jumpers and plug into the harness at each corner in lieu of the sensors and see what happens.
You can leave the sensors in the pads while trying this.

If the light goes out then you can plug the sensors in one at a time to see where the fault is.
