348 Challenge Wheels???

Hi guys, my name is OB. I’m just about to pick up a new to me, 348. I’m super excited. I just sold my 997.2 and a Ferrari is next on my list. Anyways, my heart is set on some challenge wheels, originals or reproduction style. Only problem is I’m having toughest time locating any, any leads anybody can hand out to me? I’d be happy to buy brand new or used.

I have so much I need to learn about this platform!!! Center locks?? Best BBK??? Are headers worth it??? Best weight saving strategy??? My favorite part of getting into another fun car, learning everything. Build it sell it do something different, at least that’s my normal MO. These are so old info isn’t that easy to come across.

First place I looked, but not one set of magnesium challenge wheels that I can find. But it’s ok some forum members are able to help out I think.

Quick question for you guys that have been dealing with challenge parts. Did they start producing the later race wheels in aluminum instead of mag? Is there a way visually to tell the difference? I’m guessing the aluminum ones are quite a bit heavier?
