Thanks for this - I can see the photos came form the 2020 event. Does anyone know which car this is or its history? I think it's an Australian delivered RHD Countach, but which one is a mystery as there are several rred Australian Countachs. Anyone know which chassis number it is or its history?

    Any help much appreciated.

    Many thanks

A couple of days ago I visited a mate at his flash digs in Brisbane. I parked in one of his spots in the resident parking. Across from me, parked together, were an Aventador SVJ, a Huracan STO and a 488 or maybe an F8 - they look alike to me. A couple of spots over were a couple of Bentley's, a Bentayga and a Conti which had possibly the ugliest paint job i have seen: a cream colour similar to milk that had gone off. Across from that was a Cullinan, God knows what you would use one of those for. No photos as it was a private garage and I remember the furore the last time that happened.

Beautiful car. I sat in a p400s, a bottle green one, back in the early 80's. At 6'4", even when I was skinny, it was a very challenging driving position. But I guess very few people actually drive them, they are garage art now.

I should add that the car was for sale - mid $60's IIRC!

Yes, just wait for lots of big bills after the warranty period. These cars are deferred maintenance nightmares waiting to happen.

And 900hp is just pointless - very few drivers could be on top of it on a track, let alone public roads.

Agreed. Imagine it with “just” the 10,000rpm V8 and 100kg lighter.

But from a purely styling point of view I think that’s better looking than anything in the current Ferrari catalogue.

And Audi is a broad brush: designed by a Belgian, chassis and body built in Germany, engine in Hungary, gearbox in England and some assembly in Sant Agata on a line littered with VW parts boxed. Hard to call it a Lamborghini..
