I propose a new word for the latest class of cars emerging from the current: supercars/hypercars. I suggest that reaching 1 hp/CV per 1 kg will be the era of the "megacar." There is already a different kind of example in the Koenigsegg Gemera, with a 2,300 hp hybrid (1400hp turbo V8) and 2,022 kg kerb weight. So, the broader high-end market for mega cars will emerge over the next five years.

(I know it has been used as an adverb to describe a few cars. But suggesting this as a class for this level of power. I'm just proposing the new realm of 1 hp per 1 kg for what was a 'supercar/hypercar,' lol.) Megacar. This means it needs "mega" in everything else to be a great driving experience. Because of the sheer power, there will be a lot of debate about the best way to drive and control such beasts. Fun discussions ahead.

Forgot to add that the defining performance/experience characteristic of the 'megacar' will be 1/4 mile times <= 9 seconds. The critical reason is this is the time to create a sustained 1G acceleration over that 1/4 mile. That is probably the most that the average driver would or could perform.

I’m very curious to see how everyone thinks once they release the details. I am very excited to learn more. I think the car will be great!

So great! We've reached the stage of close renders, and the release is fast approaching! Thanks for your renders. Are you planning to do a full render?

Knowing the back deck is black on the red car, it might look something like this. Which looks great IMHO especially if the back deck black portion and roof are exposed carbon.

No way the engine cover is black, especially with such an awkward split-line. Also, the top edge of the NACA-shaped opening would be rendered indistinguishable.

Red car with black engine cover probably had new, unpainted engine cover.

Since SF-90 replacement prototypes are already on the road and don’t look like this, this looks to be a 296 refresh, judging by the side window triangle at the A-pillar.

Quite cool that the fake nose is retro styled as a 512.
