Question on the app: does the shown configuration ever get corrected to the ordered configuration? I have a VIN assigned and the app configuration still doesn't match the ordered configuration.

My config was accurate in the app until it went 10R (locked config) and then it disappeared entirely. At some point late in the build stage it reappeared and is accurate. Hope that helps.

My config was also wrong, the car delivered correctly, but now it reads “configuration processing” lol

It was on Instagram for 399k. Probably out the door for 370. Since it’s a dealer, there’s no legal problem.

I have the spider for two days now, and it’s everything I’ve read about, including the electronics that’ll take some time to get used to. The driving dynamics and sound are 10/10. The looks are super as well.

Can't imagine they wouldn't be asking for north of 400k for the first domestic one available for sale. Look at the ask for the first Purosangue.

Also you have to consider what the MSRP of that car is. No carbon outside, so I’m guessing very low $300k MSRP.

That Miller car for sale is about a $370k spec. It’s very similar to my incoming RS including PNT1 paint at ~$33k.

When I ordered that color I thought it was in the $15k range, which I had a hard time coming to grips with. I didn't realize it was more than double that amount. Ugh. Maybe this guy showed up and saw $33k and said forget it, sell it... Kind of seems reasonable to me right now!

I have my RS in Blu Roma. It was around $17K for the color. I think the $33K refers to another color.

Ah, my bad. I have a chart that shows what colors correlate to what MODIS/option code, but it's a few years old and Ferrari switches them frequently so must be outdated for Blu Roma. It shows as PNT1 on the file I have, but I trust you having ordered it recently!

Unfortunately the color on my incoming RS is PNT1 and thus $33k!

So MSRP of that Miller car is more like ~$350-355k.

They will generate a new invoice when the car arrives at New Jersey based on current pricing. So hopefully will have the $17,000 pricing.

It definitely as previously mentioned by another member, has a more pronounced exhaust whether stationary or during acceleration. I say this with confidence as my previous Ferrari was the Roma coupe. The drive feels more refined, and the soft top is truly luxurious. Top down, it's serene in the cabin and the updated indents on the steering wheel along with cockpit graphics including cameras are superior to the prior model. I pretty much have the same interior with the metallic black exterior. Two questions: do you get a bad windshield reflection from the beige “hoop” over the digital display?
And are you finding a dead area in the throttle response where you have put your foot down harder for the engine to respond?
Of course I love the car, just wondering if these are elements I’ll have to live with.

Not sure if I'm addressing your question properly, but I don't get a reflection as the upper dash is black. I haven't opened up the throttle enough to trigger the dead area you described but I do find the pedal quite responsive. I'll have to get more aggressive on my next outing.

In front of the dash hood is a beige strip that half circles the hood. I see it in your photo. My dealer says people have been putting a black strip of felt over it. Nevertheless, at some point you’ll notice.
I think I’ll discuss the dead spot in the throttle response with my dealer. Maybe it’s just my car.

Regarding bad reflections: that bit would indeed show up against the black. My solution is to have the whole dash beige so there is no small item that stands out. But I suspect many people would object to my solution.
Regarding a dead spot in the throttle, it has only occurred when I have floored it in manual transmission mode and accidentally hit the rev limiter which of course shuts off the gas. I couldn’t tell from the engine sound I was close to peak rpm, and with the top down on a sunny day with sunglasses, seeing the tachometer is challenging. So I ordered the led readout on the steering wheel to address that challenge.

I was hoping my car was on last week's Vienna Express offload in NJ. Thinking the likely strike at the port is potentially very bad timing... Ugh
