I'm pretty sure it was rossa barchetta.
No idea of any specifics wrecked before 2015.

    No idea of assembly number.

    #100227 - Red/Tan. Build date July 94.

^car above is probably not 100228. 100228 is most likely a July 94 build as well.

Summary of 1st page of FNA VIN list:

    17 - Rosso Corsa/Tan
    7 - Rosso Corsa/Nero
    1 - Rosso Barchetta/Tan
    1- Rosso Monza/Nero ?? (Possibly Rosso Barchetta)

*At least 26 out of 47 cars are “Rosso.” 55%. Roughly in-line with my expectations.

    7- Giallo

    4- Nero

    2- Canna Di Fucile

    2- Argento

    2- BLU

July 94 Builds most likely ends at #100264 as #100274 is a confirmed Aug. 94 build with 2-piece undertray. My guess is July 94 Build cars have the single-piece undertray, which there are roughly 33 cars. There are very few Aug 94 builds (5-7 cars) as that is most likely a shut down month in Italy.

    3- confirmed F355 Challenge cars.

1- Only one car spec’d with carbon seats ( 100050). I believe it is this car.

My 1995 Berlinetta. I also have a 97 Spider. The 95 revs much faster and has more torque at lower RPMs than my 97. It's a significant difference. My 95 is about as fast as my friends F430 up to a certain speed then the 430 will begin to pull away, but not nearly as much as you would think it should. I'm very surprised.

Just seeing this thread, if there's another please direct me to it, but can someone educate me? I knew the dual air intakes and 2.7 were unique to '95s but the other details like dual fuel pumps, possibly different engine compartments is new to me. What are all of the differences? Are the dual fuel pumps an advantage? Do they make more power?

    Thanks!

There are a few things going on here:

    1. There’s the difference between 2.7 and 5.2 cars.

    2. There are dual pump 95’s and single pump 95’s. I haven’t heard of any measurable differences from that alone.

    3. Then there is the difference between “very early” dual pump cars and dual pump cars. This is speculation at this stage as no one has put the two engines side by side (internally) to compare differences. But it is based off information.

According to Daniel @ricambi, the engine number cutoff number between “very early” and standard 95 is 38150. This puts build dates some time between late Oct 94 - early Nov 94. Both my cars made the cutoff. So did yours. Congratulations :).

An F430 F1 is reported to be high 11’s low 12’s. That is most likely a lighter euro spec car. Expect a U.S version to be slightly slower.
