That’s because I poured the plastic bottle contents into the older glass bottle which was empty. Like refilling the soap dispenser.

Finally got to give Aguasol a try tonight. Had both the blanco and reposado and was surprised how good they were for a tequila at this price

Thought about that but figured you could have been really thirsty over the last few days.

Guess most alcohols are commodity items and not much different than buying jugs of mouthwash at Costco.

    This is amazing !
I had a bottle of their Diabolitto a few years ago which was phenomenal.
That’s no longer available, but this is very close.

I’ve decided this is the single best tequila I’ve ever tasted.
The complexity, depth, unique flavor profile, and evolution over time is the best I’ve ever experienced.

I have that bottle at home and love it. I think I paid $130 which is tough to comprehend for a blanco but it’s worth every penny. Delicious stuff

I’ve gotten so many friends to now start drinking Lalo when we are out. Great tequila for ranch waters

The fact that it’s a blanco is what is truly impressive and shows the talent involved.

Lalo is a solid midrange tequila. ~$40 and only available as a blanco.

I have never really sipped it so decided to try that tonight. It’s an ok sipper, has some flavor and a little punchy but not surprising since it’s a blanco. I prefer it for mixing in ranch waters and margaritas. I’ve gone through almost 4 bottles this weekend with some friends. They are not tequila snobs but have enjoyed the margaritas.

It’s my go to at restaurants and bars for a ranch water especially since it’s become more common.

The company was started by the grandson of Don Julio and is additive free so has a good pedigree.

    Election Day resurrection.

Since we’re all going to need some tequila tonight, I recently picked this up for mixing and found it to be a delicious, fresh sipper too. Lots of natural citrus and long finish for a silver.

If you like that you'll like better the 7 Leguas Siete Decadas blanco.

Been on a bit of a tequila kick lately and got these two bottles

Cazcanes Reposado - might be my favorite sipping reposado. So much flavor going on in this one. I finished off a bottle a couple months ago and finally replaced it.
Cazcanes No. 10 Still Strength Blanco - one of the highest proofs you can get in tequila but still plenty of good taste. First time buying this one but love it.

How is it? I've been gravitating towards blancos/high proofs lately.

It’s wonderful but powerful. I’ve also been gravitating towards the high-end Blanco’s. They have a lot of citrus and agave as opposed to the aged stuff that takes on more barrel, wood, and whisky flavors. I’ll trade citrus for the vanilla bombs any day.

Sticking with the Ocho theme, I killed this bottle last night. The local tequila club did a barrel pick a couple years ago. 104 proof so it’s a bit hot.

Now I have an open spot on my tequila shelf, I need to figure out what to buy next
