Vigna sucks. The current haptic controls suck, the UI electronics suck, the EV idea sucks, sorry. The Honda accord styling sucks. McLarens use CF but are even the 12c having failed epoxies or detriments (naturally, not accidents) yet? That car is getting close to 15 years now. What about the F1? I have not heard of this and owners will not be swayed away from buying because of this. I want Ferrari to succeed just like @Jo Sta7 , and of course they will without question. However, I do not love the new direction Ferrari is going. They will be fine without me. The design elements of the cars are not for me since and they seem to be getting further and further away from what I loved about Ferrari.
Haptic - what sucks about it? My Puro SF90 work perfectly. UI Electronics - are haptic ... no? Vigna - sucks ... I won't touch that you seem to have first hand knowledge EV idea - so far works perfectly and faster than anything else - All EV that's why they just built a new plant to ruin the company. Honda styling - SF90 looks like a Honda - I agree completely and will stop by the. Honda dealer and trade in the SF90. You don't have to buy a new Ferrari - can you imagine the same attitude existed when a now million or multi million dollar car today was under 10k. You think Ferrari's that are several million today were built with perfection - nonsense.
- Haptic controls are awful. They have been improved since Roma, but there is still only so much you can do. For example, things that used to take one click or turn, now take 2 or 3 movements (one to turn on the haptic and then another to get it to go if you're lucky). By the way, this is an improvement to the Roma where you could brush it on accident and it would go...Then, of course, there is the lack of physical buttons for HVAC and volume, so your eyes have to be taken off the road while driving. - As for the UI electronics, I am speaking of the dash where the Tach is located. In terms of aesthetics, the finely crafted rev counter that was akin to a Patek Phillipe is replaced by an Apple Watch. Also, your rev counter is removed the second you plug in CarPlay. Good quality control there. It is inexcusable, but I am sure you will find one. - Speed is the cheapest commodity already thanks to EV's. Tesla and Lucid have done that already. No one cares about it. *Most* buyers are looking for a combination of factors in this segment. This has been discussed, and I won't rehash it. I was not referencing the SF90, but the 12Cilindri. It uses a plastic bar in the front, which is very similar to the Honda Prologue. I expect more of the same styling cues on future Ferraris. - As for Vigna, he is 100% in on EV. That says enough Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Wish you were right - would love a call offering 812C SP3 next gen LaF. Own 5 and 4 on order - but since Vigna haptic etc all suck my phone should ring any second due to cancellations - want to bet it won't? If you and others had the brain you claim - you all would short the stock. Apple will at some point make a haptic phone - or did they already do that.
You care about stock, I care about a good car that I can put miles on. Do you think the 65-year-old millionaires give a **** about anything besides the badge? They will buy it even if its a steaming pile of horse crap as long as the Cavallino is on top of it. I am sorry you are so upset about my opinion against EV and that I do not like the styling cues of the new cars that you insulted my intelligence, lol. Thanks for telling me how many cars you own and have on order and proving my point. I hope you have a wonderful day
I think the 65 year old who has earned their money to buy a Ferrari cares about everything. Winners win - it's what they do and losers lose and refuse to learn. Want to debate - go for it. All you have offered is your uninformed opinion. You can whine like you do until you are held accountable. So tell me - what is it that shows Ferrari is not doing well besides your opinion
Yeah, all these losers on here who own Ferraris just because they don’t like EVs or a certain styling cue or lack of buttons. Some serious low life’s huh lol
Your words, are you able to debate? Capable of offering something that's worth responding to - anything of value.
You have zero reading comprehension and resort to a couple of tactics when others share opinions that differ from yours. So far, you've responded with how many cars you own or have on order or that, if I were running the company, how poorly it would be doing. All the while, I never once mentioned that Ferrari as a company was doing poorly. In fact, in my very first post, I even stated, "I do not love the new direction Ferrari is going. They will be fine without me." After giving you a couple of reasons why I'm not too fond of the new direction (a sentiment that is also shared by other members on this website), you insulted my intelligence without giving any reason why you think the new controls/UI/design is better (except for speed which everyone knows about). Now you say "are you able to debate". I don't remember you engaging in even a civil discussion, but go ahead and talk about how winners win again, I am ready for another hoorah speech
I've read all these posts about buttons performance poor paint poor warranty - as an owner I am here listening and responding. You came here to post negatively - your choice. You start something and can't back it up - I've wasted a good amount of time which is something I value I am living proof that the controls or whatever is not an issue - if they didn't work I would say they don't work but they do. My paint has come in perfect condition no issues. I'm sorry I don't have bad experiences - we know misery loves company and you and others are perhaps just maybe - miserable. I have never seen a person get in or out of their Ferrari and look miserable - but I have seen people around judge them because they are in a Ferrari. Let's agree - you are not buying a Ferrari due to any issues you stated.
Not really - most of these guys are on Mac life etc. They tend to complain about depreciation paint build quality you name it. Exotics depreciate / fail / issues / list is long. Every new model - same story every new piece of tech same issue. Fact is - Ferrari offends people. Enzo made sure of it.
Brother, for the umpteenth time, I own a Ferrari. Maybe that accident in the carbon tub scrambled your brains worse than originally thought.
None of the orange peel, sticky button or paint issues, apparently exist because you haven’t experienced them. No ones opinion on buttons, UI, EV, etc is of value because it isn’t yours. Got it. I’d get more use trying to discuss with a lawn chair
Orange peel - Mac Lambo Ferrari Aston Porsche - same. Porsche and others puts some orange peel on the final paint job to help in blending scratches that will inevitably occur. Being familiar with paints on all exotics you can hire a top notch detailer to eliminate and correct paint. I have moved to buying lighter colors and white to avoid the paint correction. You don't think Ferrari is updating the haptics? You don't think Ferrari and every exotic has orange peel - Porsche - intentionally paints orange peel on the final paint job to help in blending scratches that will inevitably occur. As far as my carbon tub accident - I thought that CF tubs were better in every way, Until I didn't but you know more about everything because your vast experiences. Stop attacking - let's hear your experience of ownership that allows your original post Ferrari sucks 4x in your post. Ferrari's have never been the easiest to maintain / perfect fit and finish. It's always been a boutique factory in comparison. I don't think you appreciate the bespoke engineering or how special it is for an owner to attend a debut spec and wait years for their car. Easy for you to say what someone else sucks You posting Ferrari sucks is also telling every owner their car sucks.
lol, stop attacking. That's all you've been doing because I shared my opinion on the newest Ferraris. I like the Ferraris from F8 and before. By the way, I am curious to see your opinion about the sticky buttons that plagued them for 25 years. Was it similar to your idea about why Ferrari doesn't have CF tub in its "entry-level" cars? Certainly, it wasn't a profit margin issue, but rather a strategic investment or something preposterous. All cars need some level of paint correction when coming from the factory. Not all exotics need to be, as you say, spec'd in specific colors (light or white like you do) because owners are afraid of what they might receive otherwise. These are your words. Stop excusing poor craftsmanship at this price point. Again, I love Ferrari. I just do not love the direction they are currently heading in. I would not buy a Purosangue. I will not buy an EV. You have and will. That's our difference. It is okay to be different. However, you don't like a difference of opinion, and it upsets you. R-E-L-A-X.
