I haven’t been home to try the ones you passed along. Looking forward to enjoying them this weekend.

Glad you liked the AJ, albeit large. They’re my daily go to.

I actually cheated and cut it in half and only smoked half. But it was good, thought about smoking the other half tonight.

Your trip looked like fun! Have a safe trip home!

I’m in need of some recommendations for a good cigar cutter(s). It seems like all of the ones I’ve tried become dull rather quickly.

Best one I've ever had was like $1.99 I bought at a cigar store. Like a bin full of them by the checkout. I've bought more spendy ones and not had as good a luck with them.

But my cheap one is broken and falls apart in half and one loop on one end is broken off.

So I'll be watching with interest to see what people recommend.

Just checking in on this thread and the cigar brothers. I recently had a septorhinopasty (aka a functional nose job) and I am off cigars for a few weeks on doctors orders. But getting second hand enjoyment from posts like these. Took the 430 out for a run this morning and now ducking the rain with an early beer in one of Hong Kong’s bars of ill repute. Almost a perfect day, but a decent cigar is needed to complete the picture. Soon!

Been a bit but was a nice day here, at least by our standards this time of year. Lit another Fuente 8-5-8. And a fire....to keep warm, it's cooling off. Currently almost done with both as it's down to about 53 out here. :p

Well it doesn't get much nicer than it was here today this time of year. Right around 70 and sunny today. And rain is coming before long. So it was time to get out and enjoy a good stick and a fire.

    Another Fuente torpedo.

Another late season stunner today. So it's fire and stogie night. Just a Fuente Short Story tonight. And I had to throw on a hoodie even with the fire going. Getting cool pretty early these days. :(

Think my fire pit is about toast. The top/screen has a big hole burned in it and I pretty much expect the fire to fall out the bottom one of these nights. :eek:Good thing the season is about over here.

    Looks good, I ordered some.

Oddly, they seem to have shipped but I just went on Amazon to try getting a new cigar cutter after seeing something about a V cutter which I've never tried. Amazon won't ship to me in my state. Looking online, I guess no tobacco products are supposed to be shipped direct to consumers in WA state. Never heard of it and I just bought some cigars earlier this year?!? Oh well, guess we'll see if they show up next week.
