Wanted Wtb carbon seats

Looking for a set of carbon buckets. For my 348, so 348 355 360 seats I believe will all bolt in. I’m especially interested in the rare 348 set. Just throwing this out there, I know it’s a long shot.

Which buckets. Challenge? Kevlar 348 challenge? 355 challenge? Which ones… OMP VID, OMP GRIP, OMP EVOLUZIONE, carbon or carbon Kevlar? Factory carbon 355 street version with adjustable back? 360 carbon adjustable street car seats? 360 challenge carbon OMP seats? Need to list specifics if you’re ever going to find the pair you want…

Sorry you’re right. I wasn’t that specific just because there are quite a few options that I might be interested in. Especially anything with the kevlar weave, but I’m open to any of the OEM, especially non fixed backs.

You’re asking for things people haven’t been able to find looking everyday for a decade .

Just letting you know so you don’t stress yourself out . I’d do re-upholstered F40 seats… which are identical to GT Competizione seats. Will run you close to $20k all said and done.

Not Hens teeth if you use the tactic that most who are highly interested seem to employ. They buy a complete car with those seats, take them out and install normal seats in the car they have just purchased and then re-sell it! I have sold two 355's with carbon seats to end users who did this exact thing! In fact, the most recent car was the yellow F355 GTS 6 speed that was just on BAT and closed today with high bid of 173k. Incidentally, the current owner purchased the car from me off BAT a year ago and paid 190k! For only a 17k "loss" IMO he should have taken the high bid today and sold the car, now that it has normal seats and it would have only cost him 17k difference plus BAT buyer premium of 5k when he bought it -- so out 22k for the seats!

 

It will be interesting to see if the same thing will happen to 550's - I have two 550 Maranello's that I have imported from Europe that have the factory carbon seats and will be for sale shortly!

 

I would be interested in a set of 550 carbon seats…

 

I’m going to have a set of F40 replicas built. I’d rather find a set of folding seats but it doesn’t seem like my timing is right,

There are a couple sets of F40 carbonseats available, but after reupholstering them with leather, etc. they would be over $20,000. I’m just not certain that f40 buckets are unique and cool enough for that price.
