The 296 GTS Picture Thread

Was that included with the purchase of the actual car, or is it an option ??

 

Comes from Ferrari. That’s it.

 

I didn't receive the box that has a place for the emergency key and misc. I should probably call and see if the dealership received it.

I received from my dealer the box with the place for the key and the empty place for the sculpture of my Ferrari. - see pics.

I have not received the sculpture yet or the separate box with a model of my Ferrari.

Has anyone, other than jm2, received both boxes i.e., a box with the Ferrari model, and a separate box with empty places for the key and the Ferrari of your Ferrari? Thanks so much

I received my box from the dealer when I picked up my car. I was wondering if/when I will receive the other box with the model of my Ferrari.

 

Cool. I got it too at delivery. My question is what goes in the left hand side?

 

The card says that a sculpture of the car can be placed there. I have no idea if/when I will receive a sculpture of the car

 

Yes, I have. the case and the car model that was built to our specs. Very special. I will take a pic and post when I am back home. We are at car week presently...

 

Very pleased with how my 296 GTS in Rossi Corsa and Blu Elettrico seats turned out. Painted the shields which added a retro homage final touch.

Blue seats in a red car is very brave… but I think that actually looks really great…. The alcantara is what makes it work

You could have also done blue brake calipers and make even a blue stripe

 

Blue seats are a respectful nod to Ferrari racing history as is the painted shield. Respect.

Thank you for posting these incredible pictures as I am considering red with blue interior on my ZR1. Did you ever consider other blue external accents such as stripes? It also appears that the only blue in your car are the seats? Looks fantastic.

 

love that classic racing spec. Can add a vinyl roundel and number for rallies!

 

I can’t wait to get my blue electrico seats inside the rest of the car

 

That looks gorgeous! I love how it resembles the launch spec of the SP3.
