    Hi

Has anyone retrofitted heated seats in their 308 under the stock leather?

I have to ask the same question, Why? My 308 lives in a heated garage and does not go out on sub 50 degree days. Heat is never an issue with my car. Now cooling is different.

And put extra strain on your already fragile electrical system? Buy a hot water bottle! Lol (Do they still make those?)
Seriously, it's easy to do if you know how to get the seats apart. I put heated seats in my F-150, that had cloth seats, bought the heater units and controls on Amazon and had a local auto upholstery guy put them in, then I wired them up. I was not concerned about current draw in my F-150 though.

Why?? The 308 is hot on normal conditions and uncomfortably hot on warmer days, I can't believe you need extra heat. A/C is marginal at best!

The heated seat while driving feels wonderful for back pain. I drive my Silverado with the A/C on and the heated seat on in the summer. It has an option for the backrest only without the seat heat. It feels great on long trips.

Ventilated seats would be nice. I'm done with my back and nether regions melting to the seats in the summer. Haha!

My wife asked about a retrofit. I don’t think there’s nearly enough room under the seat to make that happen.
