Indeed difficult to remove 70 kgs for the supposed journalist tests cars because pretty everything on this car is carbon fiber..
Just have a look at the W1 thread and the supposed Mclaren W1 leak.. We have to be cautious with this kind of picture but if this image is the real deal then I already know the winner design wise and he isn’t British !
The funniest thing with these cars is the driver's weight. I am about 16 stone. Then we are talking about 10 kilos here and there... LOL!
OMG that is not good looking at all. Looks like it was designed by a highschool student for a drawing class. Nothing is coherent, to many overlapping design features and elements, zero sensitivity or elegance, no balance of form and tension, just a bunch of cut-ins and scoops. WOW, I am shocked at how bad the styling is. It already looks dated, bad automotive styling from 10 years ago. Of course design is subjective, this is just my opinion.
This is actually an old picture from around 2022 and some of design features have slightly changed but that’s pretty much how the car looks like, even on the inside it says P18 which refers to the cars old code name
Is McLaren broke? This looks like a reskinned 750S with a body kit made from recycled parts. Mansory 750S.
Wow. That’s terrible if that’s the W1. It’s basically a riced up 720 with a novitec body kit! These halo cars should be all about design and tech innovation. They need to set the direction for their respective companies for the next decade. This doesn’t. Ferrari have an open goal to aim for - I’m sure they will nail it.
Guys, the stripe is part of the 365 GTB4 "Daytona" styling, which the new V12 pays homage to, therefore I can almost guarantee you it will not be put on any other car, especially a car that will represent Ferrari for the next 10 years. Everyone needs to move past this idea, it belongs to the 12 Cilindri and not an overarching styling throuline for all cars to come. IMHO
Sounds awfully repetitive and offputting. Light bars or light bar-esque rear lights and black visors in every design.
I like the idea to delete the "face effect" with two eyes and a mouth. The 12Cilindri nose is really really good, in real life also better. But for this F250 my feeling is the structure of the front with the double S duct and that kind of headlights leave a big area for the black visor, too big. But I have to see the real car at Finali Mondiali in 2 weeks.
