Seems odd that it would fluctuate from it just being on. I'm pretty sure the manual states to check with key off but someone else can verify. Also, looks like you have a lot of corrosion in there. If you're not located next to the ocean, I'd say you have a leak somewhere or your drainage ports are plugged causing excess moisture buildup inside the cabin.

Yes , when the car is off the reservoir is in the center but when the car is on the reservoir Is almost empty. The capote only open a half and I see the part dripping a little

That is a common leak point. It needs to be replaced and yes, that can cause some issues with the open/close cycle.

There are a few places you can send it to for repair here in the US, but not sure where you are located.
This is one that provides quick connect fittings for the easiest installation: https://cabriolethydraulics.com/

And this is another that provides full rebuild services: https://tophydraulics.com/ferrari/106-2262-f430-spider-05-09-full-set.html#/30-core_exchange-send_your_parts_to_top_hydraulics_first

If your front is leaking, the ones on the side are likely next. Be prepared to to replace or fix those as well

It is true the fluid will fluctuate a lot while running. I texted mine thoroughly and was amazed at how much oil it used during the process to fill the system.

you can have normal levels but if there’s a leak that’s small it can prevent triggering of the micro switches. I had an issue like that at one point. Fix the leaks and refill per the wsm
