I didn't go through every page in this thread, so forgive me if this video is well-known.

Before YouTube was a thing, this video did the rounds on the internet. The original file name was 'Ferrari F40 Playing With Audi'.



I still think it is one of the best sounding F40s on video, despite another 20+ years worth of videos.

 

I have this on my external hard drive from 2003 and I literally just watched it a few a weeks back! Love it!

 

Here are some photos I took of the two F40s (and the Enzo) at Munsterhuis shortly before the infamous fire. I'm sure @Marcel Massini knows what happened to these after the fire, but I don't.

 

Fast forward 20+ years and I took my boy to the new Munsterhuis showroom and what did I find?

Welcome. The only photos I can find from after the fire are the below. According to the news reports there wasn't much left of the cars, as can be seen, so I wonder what happened to the chassis numbers and if anything fishy happened.

But apart from the one foreclosure auction on the 312/T4 (039) all I hear is crickets. I'm sure the Ferrari community knows more, but as I said, it seems to be a taboo subject. Maybe it's some kind of code, protection of the in-crowd, but I'm a sucker for sleuthing, even if curiosity killed the cat.

 

I like white cars. I also like F40s but thats not a good color on one.
