    The upper level is 52 x 38 ft and the lower level is 52 x 27 ft so just under 3400 sq ft in total.

    I can get 5 cars on the lower level and in theory, upstairs I could put 12 if I removed the pool table and added 3 more lifts + parked 4 in the center section but that would be quite a pain to get cars in/out of and I'd have to go back to the engineering analysis to see if the weight would work. It was engineered for a LOT of weight but 12 cars + 4 lifts would be nearly 50,000 lbs. Practically speaking I think the useable max is probably 11 cars total on both levels.
