    Formula of the day:

    F40 + F50 = F80

Styling wise F80 seems to borrow several elements from both F40 and F50.

This formula isn't far off either:

    F40 hp/kg + F50 hp/kg = F80 hp/kg

I do remember that they said that there will be first a presentation to journalists, which will be under umbargo until the public presentation.
Perhaps this is what will happen on the 17th. Sorry guys, I’m trying to be as much accurate and precise as possible but you know, we received so much information at the same time and we were all pretty excited !

Should we expect a public reveal on the 17th or later. What do you think?

I think the online reveal will take place on the 17th, yes. If we don't get confirmation from Ferrari tomorrow, then it will be on Sunday.

Agree, I would have liked something more integrated like the AMG One

Sorry but the AMG One is a ugly pig compared with this car to my modest opinion.

I was just referring to how the wing is integrated into the body

    I perfectly got it.
Well this is the only elegant thing on this car to be honest ;)

Shield on fender (actually the front of the door) is lower than predicted by me but as predicted by @isot!

But… curious to see the horizontal crease on the front of the door is higher and not aligned with crease on the door behind it.

Question for those who saw the car: the rear wing from the test car is the final one?

I would say yes. It is a mobile wing that can be retracted. It is in carbon (can be painted in the body color).

I wonder why Ferrari insists on this type of mesh and doesn't try a modern solution that allows for a cleaner design. In my opinion, those mesh are from a past era

Something like on Roma would be nicer, cleaner but, unlike Roma “grille”—used for cooling where airflow diffuses and its speed reduced for less drag through radiators—the meshed openings on F250 seem to be used for more overtly “aero” function.

The meshed openings are quite visible even viewed from behind through the bottom of the doors, so they can be expected to flow quite a bit of air but also not be fully open as to potentially ingest cats and dogs.

Nice, but not much air going into that… if any.
