I think they could have done just some more effort on healdights, no black visor and normal NACA side intake insteadof that messy protruding black plastic things which are not organic at all, and the car would have resulted so much more harmonic.
For sure it's a dynamic beats, but Iit seems like they overdid the style, when it was not necessary, Huayra R, Jesko, Bugatti Bolide are very aggressive and downforce heaby cars, but so much more aesthetically pleasing...weird move by Manzoni...like they put effort in making it feel very futuristic but too much weird and not harmonic.

    V6… chimera of a design…$4M…

Is this the moment most of the Ferrari community can agree is Ferrari jumping the shark (if it hasn’t already done so)?

Very weird choice to publish 15.3 when given all the focus on performances, the squared shape and beauty sacrifice, they could have managed to shave 0.3 sec and publish 1.15.0

On the other hand, pre-production LaF was quoted at 1.20, then DeSimone lapped in 1.19.7, so maybe we'll see 1:15:0 after some months.

    I like it a lot.
I Believe a lot of people are missing the point of this car.
As usual this is a brand new Ferrari and his radical design is very polarizing.
    No surprises indeed.
On road it will be a very charismatic car.

V6 and double S Duct are the best thing of this car, technology gems with a purpose and real innovations.
Body Design....seems not done by same designer of LaF, but I'm afraid Manzoni lost harmonic direction from 12C onwards...he got black visor and awful headlights virus XD

Why? Overpriced and slow compared to the cars we are talking about. Basically, they don't target the same clientele.

Regarding the design, people referencing old cars should keep in mind that this car makes 1050 kg of downforce and aero is more important than "voluptuousness". I am not saying that it had to be boxy (look at the Valkyrie, for example), but the older cars mentioned here are irrelevant at this performance level.

And knowing Ferrari, you can get it without the black stripe….that’s a $100,000 option;)

jesko has holds lap records on several tracks so we will see when the w1 and f80 get chance beat it. performance at this level is theoretical anyway. who among us can push f80 or jesko to its limit?

Glickenhaus P4/5 is a perfect car... they did such a great job of blending the 60's style with the modern tech

I predict the W1 and F80 will both obliterate the Jesko around a track.

Didn't quote the Koenigsegg, but the Pagani and GMA cars you mentioned. Especially the GMAs are not even close, performance-wise, to the cars discussed here. They must appeal to a different clientele.

They said that it is a brand new chassis.

So, even at this eye watering price, it sells out before anyone has even seen it. So I guess this is what you end up with when Ferrari doesn’t have to try.

Ugh. More black trim. Ruins the 12c. Doesn't work much better here. What is with this new fetish of Manzoni's?
