I have change ferrari part number 162916 and 169474 and still same. No, not getting spark when cracking the engine.
Interesting. Are you getting power at the fuel pump fuse continuously when cranking the engine. This is a good sign that the wiring for the crank sensor is ok. The pump is turned on when the rpms reach 300 (as sensed by the crank sensor). This is also a good sign that the fuel pump relay and the Injector Control relay are operating.
@Qavion Thank you very much for your support. The car finally started and the problem was the security box, as you can see pictures attached. Because maybe time too long and the capacitor was leaking causing the board damage not sending signal to ecu. (See picture from microscope) We did some repair on the board and replace with new capacitor, then the car is back to running condition. Couldn't of done it without your diagrams, once again thanks for your support. And by any chances you might have the diagram for F355 F1 Transmission ECU? My buddy's F355 F1 also have some problem.
Do you mean the internals of the TCU or just the F1 system wiring. There are two diagrams for external wiring: https://www.dropbox.com/t/enX7Y8QNelPgIEoC https://www.dropbox.com/t/Uo6sQOqAC6Yt2zKO
I don't think Challenges have security modules. Unfortunately, I don't have diagrams for the Challenge. Is the engine management system 2.7? Is that the coil power module wiring you have in your hand? Could you have shorted out the wiring, causing the fuses for the injectors to blow? Do you have 12 volts at any of the injectors with the ignition key on? Did you check the injector fuses in the passenger footwell? 2.7 (road) car diagrams here: Right bank (1~4) https://www.dropbox.com/t/bn1GbOSaidoDRUCf Left bank (5~8) https://www.dropbox.com/t/r5xvyMxaEXMloCqQ Power feed: https://www.dropbox.com/t/TG4iiHqckKzuWYux
I'm not sure if challenge have the security box, maybe if expert @Qavion knows if 355 challenge have security box.
I don't know for sure, and it may vary from car to car. This example doesn't have an alarm LED https://www.motorcargallery.com/cars/291/1997-ferrari-f355-challenge
All F355 Challenge cars are Motronic 2.7 and do not have security boxes. 1996-1999 cars were homologized to 2.7 by the Factory.

Unfortunately, the wiring diagrams do not show how the emergency cutoff switch is wired into the engine management system (if at all) Image Unavailable, Please Login Do you have fuel pressure on the 5~8 bank? Have you tried swapping the injector relays?
But I still have no negative injector pulse anywhere on the engine.
Pin 39 is only used on USA cars. I don't understand why you have no pin on 38. Has it been pushed back? Is it locked in place properly? Image Unavailable, Please Login I tried to compare your voltage readings with my 5.2 car, but had 12 volts on pin 1, 12 volts (also) on pin 2 and zero volts on pin 3 (ground) I, too, am lost
A common problem is the wiring going to the crank sensors, but if both banks are not working, it probably won't be a crank sensor problem. I have heard that the trigger for the cam sensor can break. Image Unavailable, Please Login I think you will need an oscilloscope to see if you are getting the right signals from the sensors during cranking.
Sorry, I forgot only 5~8 cylinders aren't working. Could be faulty crank sensor wiring. Do you have one cam sensor or two?
If you only have one cam sensor, this is provided with 12 volts (to pin 1) from the Right ECU (pin 38). Are you saying you have no pin 38 on the left or right ECU? The Left ECU has no pin 38. If you have two cam sensors, the Left Cam Sensor uses Left ECU pins 37, 8 and ground. If you have two cam sensors and you have 12 volts on pin 1 of the left cam sensor, it means that relay left hand injector relay "O" is ok. Is the left fuel pump running with the key on? Do you have two fuel pumps?
Did you measure the voltages on the pins after the repair?
