I have notices that the rubber on the door handles and the guges is becoming sticky/ Any ideas on why and what to cure it?

Hello William and welcome to the boards.

Sticky buttons are a common problem and addressed in numerous threads on this board and through videos and websites if you do a web search. There are also vendors like sticky no more and stickyrx that will refurbished items for you. I would recommend doing a search as it's a top that has been discussed a great deal here in the past.

Short answer would be alcohol and a soft non-dyed rag.

Makeup remover wipes work wonders. But like goggles said, you find tons of info about stickies here.

Yep, that's what I did to cure my sticky plastic bits.
