Qualy at 4:30 am CST (5:30 EST) on ESPNU
Race at 9:30 am CST (10:30 EST) on ESPNU

 

Sainz to start on the pitlane with a new gearbox and new engine.

Huge test for Norris, maybe the biggest he's ever faced.
If he manages to win this one it'll go a long way towards justifying his "World Champion" chops, regardless of what Max can do.
A Norris win with Max finishing outside the points would leave only 19 pts between the two heading to Vegas.

It could be Max winning while Lando crashing.
Everything is possible with this kind of race.

 

I would think Ferrari would consider taking a engine on both. Not a strong track here.

Not arguing or contradicting you, it's just a post earlier had different information. I'm not sure when it will start.

 

? Directv guide says race at noon EST on ESPN2

I guess the only thing to do if you’re watching on cable/satellite is to start looking around at 10:30 EST

tvracer.com which is usually reliable says 10:30 EST on ESPN2 for the race. It doesn’t mention the prerace.

No **** but if a close competition for WC is what you want, and unless you work for Red Bull I can't imagine why it wouldn't be, then 25 points for Lando and zero for Max is ideal.

I think that this stinks--I hope that Max pulverizes Lando.

 

Norris should've won a LOT more races this year. He's had the fastest car since Miami minus 2 races, The Red Bull has been slipping further and further since then where its now the 3rd best car, sometimes even 4th fastest. 3 race wins is frankly speaking a pathetic effort.
