    As you already know, there is a big problem with the fuse box. The oxidized film due to aging causes poor contact, which heats up and melts the fuse box, which loosens the rivets and causes further poor contact.
    So, using a 3D printer, I made mini blade type fuse box.
    The size is completely the same as the original one, so the original plastic transparent covers can fit them.
    In detail, please check my web site;

    If you want to sell the fuse boxes to members here, please post the price - HERE on the forum. Every advertisement for cars, products, for sale in the Classifieds sections requires a price to be quoted - I would expect that advertisements (such as this one) in forums must follow the same rules.

    While this seems to be a nice design effort, I find it annoying when people try to sneak in attempts to sell products on forums - be up front and straight forward. Post all relevant information here - and state the price!

    I sent an email just after I received your mail. I resent an email again just in case.
    I am planning to sell them at $285 + Shipping cost. I think that the shipping cost would be around $40 - $50. Anyway, I will choose a cheaper method.
    For more detail information, please check my mail. If you cannot find it again, I will make a specific page in my blog.

    I am so sorry to bother you all.
    if you want it, I can sell $285 + Shipping cost.

    At first, I just would have liked to show the possibility of 3D-printer. But I also realised that there are some people want to buy it, as same as in Japan.
    I am not a professional supplier, but just DIYer. So I hesitated to show the price in public. Please understand this matter.

    Can't you just sell the .stl files? To print ABS you really need an enclosed printer to control the temp and prevent warping. There is a new carbon fiber reinforced material out now but it's about $150 for a roll. I don't think PLA will hold up. You put a lot of R&D work into this and I'm impressed . I bought a set from the guy in Canada who used to sell them. They use ATC fuses and the original covers fit but I'm pretty sure he made them with off the shelf components that are already available.

    Good day,

    That would be me. However, the only off the shelf parts used were the ATC fuse holders and the spade terminals. Everything else was custom made: PCBs, CNC cut bases, and press-fit retention pins to keep the original covers in place. Additionally a lot of effort was spent to find the right material for the bases, as the fuse blocks can see some pretty elevated temps depending upon where the car is located (hot climate). Remember that these blocks are located in areas with very little air flow and and combined with the cabin temps, the block material can be subjected to some really high temps.

    Cheers,

    Sam

    I am afraid that I do not want to sell STL file. There are the two reasons;
    1) License matter: STL file can be copied with free of charge.
    2) Even though you got the STL file, you need to do the processing work of the fuse terminals. It is quite DIY work...

    Currently, I use ABS filament. I made a specific cover to keep the printing temperature to prevent warping as you mentioned. (I did several Try-and Error to get the proper result.)

    As for the carbon enforced filament, actually I think that it is much better than using ABS, but the price of 3D-printers is still expensive. So, it is hard to buy it for me. Basically, I suppose that the reason of the high temperature of the fuse box is the contact failure of the fuse terminals. So, I suppose that ABS can be acceptable in this case. But I need to watch it carefully. and for the time being, I have not got any problems over 1 year including summer time. Especially summer season, we need to use air conditioning, resulting high electric load around 7,8,9 terminal of the right fuse box.
