Ok fire away. Yes its rossa corsa over cuoio. I really tried to do something else but everything I did I would look at this combo and it just called to me. I know it may be "boring" to some but I was going to a classic look I guess.

The only option not shown on the picture is that the little sliver of cuoio leather around the instrument gauge cluster will be red.

I had in all the exterior carbon but it was another $32k and I just couldn't justify it.

At any rate, let me have it.

The only thing that comes to mind is the calipers, I happen to love a red car with red calipers, but I don’t see it being ordered that much these days. I see a lot of red car, yellow calipers, or red car, black calipers. Minor point, just an observation.

I would also suggest to order the hi-fi. In the abstract it is overpriced, but after the fact, it is very difficult or very expensive, or both (!) to achieve a decent result. I think it sounds good, maybe the audiophiles think they can do better, but this is factory, and one of those nearly impossible to fit after the fact things.

Totally agree on Hifi. Had standard on my f8 and it was garbage compared to our 812 GTS and portofino m w the upgrade and I think the 296 system sounds better than those. As you note, I am sure some audiophile will say it’s garbage but I like as much if not more than the BM I have in a merc and Porsche.

Whilst I fully agree that the low-fi it comes with @ standard is garbage, you may wish to consider the aftermarket one like the offering from @SoftwareDrone. I live in London, UK and have an excellent and experienced installer who swapped out the crappy paper and plastic speakers for Morel speakers and also swapped out the amp for a better one. Some would argue that an aftermarket system may detract from a potential resale value but the difference in sound between what I have and what is the hifi offering from Ferrari (JBL) is significant and mine was cheaper, installed. Mine is not the same as what Mike @SoftwareDrone offers but he has a lot of experience and I am confident his system will be excellent also. Additionally your warranty won’t be compromised by an aftermarket stereo installation. It depends on whether you intend to keep the car for some time and also on whether you prefer listening to the engine or the stereo. I like having the option and bought the car (my first Ferrari) to keep, hence the unorthodox spec. Hope this helps.

Did you try the race seat for an extended drive? In the demo car they caused some soreness after an hour or so. They look way better than the comfort seat but I am just stuck with that larger seat to have a functional car.

As for the color, the car's curves beg for for metallic colors. Rosso TRS is a heavy flake/mica pure red.

Rosso TRS on the left, and rosso corsa on the right:

I have the fully electric standard ones and they are comfortable. The others were all rather firm for my delicate posterior (read fat)

A friend has Russo Scuderia I think on his GTS and it pops in the sun, on the two sunny days we have in London to drive topless

Excellent point about being sure about seat comfort. In my case, every time, I am enjoying the race seats more. The standard ones provide me less feel for the car.

On the stereo, it’s great that others offer an option that seems to be great and may in fact play nicely with the warranty, but IMHO it’s not worth it.

Also it won’t be on your build plaque. I know its a minor point, but, the way the market is right now, if the day comes, you don’t want potential buyers wondering what you did to the car.

The part I wouldn’t spec is the red for the bit of leather surrounding instrument cluster. Seen it on a car on auto trader and it didn’t look good, too bright imo.

I saw it in green for a green and tan car and it looked great though.

For exterior carbon I had my ppf shop wrap it in carbon fibre wrap. For the front and rear I cannot tell at all, for side skirts can tell a bit due to the size. But for £1k compared to £25k can’t complain. An option is just spec the side skirts carbon, wrap the rest but that will be a weird options selection.

Beautiful spec. The race seats really are, to me at least, a significant aesthetic upgrade over the standard items.

I have the upgraded 296 stereo option, and while it truly isn't great (vs, say, the SF90 upgrade audio), I don't want to think about how sad the base audio would be.

Great looking spec though - aesthetically, it's beautiful. Can never go wrong with RC over cuoio (especially given how much other paint options cost these days...)

Some photo's of Cuoio with race seats and the standard carpets in Nouvo Cuoio. This would reduce your price over the CRPK alcantara carpet on your spec if your are trying to keep the budget in check. The red leather insert around the dash will reflect strongly in the windshield if that is a consideration to you. It is not as noticeable if you wear polarized sunglasses but on duller days it is still noticeable and can be a distraction. The only way to avoid that is to leave this insert in black.

It's probably $37k but I guess the question is whether this is a collection car or a short term car. Probably not worth the delta unless it's a keeper.

And another vote to add hifi. I had it, and it was a good system. Bluetooth was not the best unless you put the phone right near the charge pad at first, but it will hold the connection after you do that.
