    I’m still waiting for title to arrive on the 296 so have had to be very careful and cautious so far as no plates.

    I don’t think I have anything new to add. 458 roars, 296 kind of screams in a nice way.

    getting to let’s say 125 mph is an experience/event in the 458, in the 296 it’s just a decision, and then you are there.

    coolest thing about 296 so far is going from full electric mode to switching on the motor on the fly. The car just comes alive. I also like that you can change the tach color across different colors.

    be careful when doing what you described...........................if youre in full eclectic mode and its cold out and then you want all the juice, youll be kicking on the ICE motor and then demanding full power while its still cold. its a huge flaw in the setup. id imagine youd never turn on the 458 and then a millisecond after bring it to 9k..........cause thats what is happening on the 296 when the motor kicks on and you punch it. .....from what i understand

    I'm not exactly doing that, but appreciate the heads up.

    I was wondering if it's ok to switch to hybrid from electric while moving, but presumed the car wouldn't allow it if it was an issue.

    How is owning both? I may be moving 458 to 296gts. Would you regret just having the 296 without the 458?
