SCAMMED by Kreissieg for over $5k

I am a paying customer who was SCAMMED by Kreissieg for over $5k. I was invoiced for and charged for a Valvetronic exhaust system for my Ferrari 348, but that is not what they delivered! After waiting many weeks for it to arrive I was shocked to see that I didn't get what I had paid for.

I reached out to them when I discovered this and they told me that I could ship this heavy exhaust back to Japan at my own expense and then ghosted me when I pursued more information on how/why I got a different product than what was advertised and that I paid for!

 

I wish, but I have been trying to get ahold of them about this for almost two months now and have had absolutely no luck. I contacted my CC provider to see if I shipped it back to them that I would be guaranteed a chargeback (so I could at least see some money back); they said it would rely on Kreissieg acknowledging receiving the item, and I clearly can't count on that.

I am effectively stuck with the $5k charge for something I didn't even receive.

 

I paid for a super howling valvetronic system for a 348 TS. What they shipped is a valveless system, which is supposed to cost over $2300 less per their website. But the real issue is that I didn't get what I paid for and they ghosted me instead of simply getting the correct product delivered.

 

I left a summary of what was said here on this post in a couple of his Kreissieg posts and he reported me for spam and removed the comments so I don't think he is interested in helping lol. The only reason I made a full post about it is because of him having my comments removed....

 

Yeah, only makes the already disappointing/frustrating experience even worse, especially when I'm trying to warn others before they get screwed over like I did.

 

Yes, I shared my experience on the top posts related to Kreisseig considering my experience was related to Kreissieg lol... By making this visible to people searching for / interested in the system I can help them avoid the headache and financial rip-off I'm enduring.

I wasn't looking for your assistance and had not sent you a message because this is not your responsibility, I was simply sharing what happened to me on the most viewed Kreissieg posts. But I can understand you want the negative comments removed since they affect your business.

What more do I even need to say than I was invoiced and paid for a super howling Valvetronic and did not receive that... There is nothing more to elaborate on from there???

 

Right and I have no issues with Bulletproof, y'all have nothing to do with this transaction.

Respectfully I am not going to share screenshots or personal info to the general public, or really anyone I don't know for that matter.

Yeah, that's fair, didn't mean to plaster it on the front page of the site. Just wanted to leave the note where it was relevant (so I did, by finding the popular Kreissieg posts) since people turn to these forums for advice and info before making a purchase. As I have said several times already I just wanted to help others avoid the headache I am dealing with

 

If I took a shot for every time you pointed out that I am a new user I would be drunk right now lol. A good admin also shouldn't be aggressive and cursing at anyone let alone new members lol
