Could be. I dont recall any news stories that fit is. Seems to me someone puts a plane down even nice and clean like that in the middle of traffic and cars will be going everywhere.

It appears that this version of the J57 was used on the F-101 Voodoo and perhaps other sircraft. Note that it does come with an afterburner.

F-111s would do that, too, if you filled the aft tank first. Not this bad, though, just tipped back on the skid for an Aardvark.
