At the first moment, it looks like Moskow, Bolschoi theater. But it isn't. Somewhere east for sure. Daniel
Thanks for posting this car Im not sure which shades of red work best for the 12C The press cars used Imola, a metallic red. The 812 debut with the Anniversary Red which was a glossy non metallic. That shade was darker than the Racing red and worked a bit better on the body size and shape Mugello is another non metallic red and is a little darker and might work well. Then there is the F1000 metallic red which I hVe never seen. I recall The Cadster likes this shade
I selected Rosso 1000GP for my inbound Coupe. It’s a flat red that is darker and deeper than Rosso Corsa. Here’s the original inspiration car, Rosso 1000GP to the right of Rosso Mugello, and the final render of my 12C. Worth noting, I think most would prefer a metallic red on the 12C. I considered all of those too including Magma, Lipstick, Imola, etc. My favorite was Rosso Supercar featured on the new F80 (though that color is frozen for the foreseeable future). In the end, my eye always seems to prefer the look of flat paint. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
In the picture of the 2 paint samples, is the first sample the Mugello? And then the second sample which appears a shade darker the 1000GP?
I hadnt followed the Purosangue nor the latest iterations of the Roma spider . But learning more about these cars I can see the design lineage in their exterior and interior. Even the rim designs.
