Haha they all look like carbon made to me. May I know the location of the hazard light Hutton for the factory is at top or on the side?

Sure, but slightly confusingly, someone has repurposed the coin bin in that car to install some auxiliary switches. Maybe for a garage opener or lights?

Funny you should ask this question just watched a manual conversion video this morning and Art from EAG was the installer.

Following a public separation, Art and his former investor partner have pursued independent paths.
    1. Art's Continued Operations: Art has chosen to continue operating under the existing EAG brand. This decision may generate discussion due to past brand associations, but the long-term impact remains to be seen. There was a period of limited communication, but Art recently contacted YouTuber Vin Antara regarding a project car conversion. This project, using Art's experience under the EAG name, is now featured on Vin's channel. Art has reportedly assembled a new team and is rebuilding the business, aiming to learn from previous experiences.

    2. Former EAG Staff's New Venture: Following the funding cessation, the remaining EAG staff were left without employment. They opted to establish their own company, independent of Art and the EAG brand, which they perceived as damaged beyond repair. Their new venture, Macchina Motorwerx, is located in Texas and operates on a smaller scale compared to the previous operation.
Both companies now offer distinct products and services, with separate trajectories for the future. I look forward to continuing to support the community with niche technical assistance to help enthusiast's like Vin follow their Ferrari dreams.

Does all this drama come with considerable cost savings? I would imagine it would be a hard sale at the former kit price

I've always wondered why every automotive youtube thumbnail has a facial expression where it looks like they are getting a colonoscopy and aren't sure if they enjoy it or not.

With more companies making kits now, I think it's only a matter of time before the demand starts to dry up, if that hasn't begun already. Still, not surprised to see Art still ready to pounce on any opportunity to be on YouTube. I'd like to see this time pan out differently for his customers, but with his track record, I doubt it will. You can only blame all of your problems on all of your business partners so long before people notice a common theme.

Why is that a thing? It's like someone made a title thumbnail generator that everyone uses.

Step 1: Look confused. Bonus if your hands are up and shrugging.
Step 2: Apply large title in yellow with some type of sensational headline. I.E. "I screwed up!" or "You're not going to believe this!"
    Step 3: ????
    Step 4: Profit

I have to use social media a little bit for my business (audience is very small tho in comparison) and the difference in engagement because of the thumbnail is crazy.

I don’t do the clickbait stuff like is being described in these posts but a good thumbnail makes or breaks a video or reel. And yes all the algorithms appeal to base instincts unfortunately.

Hold my beer for a second. There are posts from the former EAG team almost immediately following the midnight heist confirming they left Art, without notice, took all the company inventory, some equipment and were contacting customers. Maybe edit to something like...."Following the failed coup d'état, the remaining EAG staff operate their own venture on a smaller scale than the company they tried - and failed - to destroy." That would be chronologically accurate.

Geez, I can’t believe any of this is still a thing and art isn’t in jail.

I guess times really have changed; very sad…

    Stress no more, youngster.
If you ever get a chance to try an EAG converted Ferrari, you'll get it.

    I own one… bought with 9k, converted with 11k, now has 21k.

Art is the worst and I hope he gets all the satisfaction and happiness out of life he deserves.

Oh really? Let's see some pics!
    10k on a 599 conversion has to be a record, I'm around 8k.
    Good job.

You can see in past posts where I showed my receipt, they threatened me with a $5,000 fine for speaking the truth about his fraud. Also, 10k miles is a record on the kit… Yikes, I hope it’s more durable than that…

my kit was one of the two they did with the consecutive serial number cars, which is neat, I guess; if they weren’t so awful in general.

Art is the worst and even with the lower price I paid relative to what it costs now, I wish I had never met him and hadn’t done the kit.

But you haven't sold it yet, you're still enjoying the 599?

I’m not sure if I misspoke or you just assumed but I have a 430 not a 599. Did I end up in the wrong forum somehow? Either way, I have a 430, Art sucks and is the absolute worst.

The video install was enjoyable to watch. I never had any issues with EAG but my install was before they had scale issues (IMO)

I read somewhere that Modena Lucerna are the same people from EAG minus Art, and they are still using those same kits. Can someone confirm if this is accurate?
