    Have a 1975 308 GT4. When purchased it had been modified with single distributor with points and an MSD unit. Distributor/points/cover were never modified/fitted properly.

    Looking for complete new single distributor w/ electronic pickup etc.

    You may want to speak with Dave North (who rebuilds distributors and advertises in Forza Magazine) about making your current unit as you wish, as finding a complete 8 cylinder distributor will be difficult and expensive. I spent a year looking for one before I had one made (modified shaft) from a 4 cylinder unit.

    I saw this one about 20 years ago. The owner lived in Louisville KY and had recently bought the car. He didn't know much about the conversion although he thought that the PO said it was a Ford cap off a 390 engine. I posted a photo at the time and a couple of people recognized it as a conversion kit that someone had been selling for 308's.
