It seems to me that many here in the chat would like that they stop rising. An 812 Competizione is one of the few modern cars that doesn't have a hybrid and still has a great sound. Plus the looks are pretty exciting. Nobody sells one for 1.2 million €

I heard of a blue TM car with gorgeous spec asking $1.875m, in the New York area

You can’t buy a TDF for under $1,000,000 in the US. There are currently 2 for sale $1.385 and 1.5.mm.
Comp’s will sell for over $1mm and Comp Aperta’s with only 599 being made will sell for more than TDF’s with 799 produced. Limited edition V12’s are what smart collectors are looking for. Having an open air limited edition V12 like the Comp Aperta is unique except for the Monza SP2 (499 produced)which are going for over $3MM. A $2mm Comp Aperta doesn’t feel that outrageous in comparison to the somewhat impractical Monza. This is the end of an era for naturally aspirated limited version V12’s and they will be a must have for true Ferrari enthusiasts.

Following the so-called "Big Five" (Six?) the NEW thing is the "Big Three":

    599 GTO, F12 TDF and 812 Competizione.

    Marcel,
Please don’t forget the Iconas, the SP3 could become one of the modern favorites

The tailor made paint is Blu Nobel with Transitional Zaffiro exterior carbon fiber. Polished wheels and painted shields complete the exterior look along with some interesting livery details. Some dream lines were also chosen as can be seen in these many viewing angles. Inside Blue Alcantara seats also have the shield emblem for the headrests plus a white accent color to.

No 'SOLD' sign on the car and front and center under the tree so to speak. I would assume it is available in the UK now.

Speaking of the 812C or 812CA, I think I saw one yesterday when we were hanging out in Naples on 5th Avenue - it idled by and I just got a glance, but it was mostly white with some yellow accents if anyone knows the car or owner.

This 90 km example sold at RM Sotheby's Dubai Auction on 8 March 2024 for $1,467,500 USD.

    I'm hearing there's a $90k-$200k gap between ask/paid prices on 812C's lately in US, depending on miles/spec.

At present in US there are 3 F12tdf's and 3 812C's for sale on market.

    I also know of 1 F12tdf and 4 812C's for sale off-market.

Yes and an out-of-network dealer selling "off market" at $1.69m OBO, but I think can be bought at/near $1.5m.

    Another recently sold for $1.9m.

Keep in mind when looking at prices: European and Middle East markets tend to sell at 20% below North American (particularly US) markets. Also, specs have a big influence and some of the lower sales had rough specs (like bright red interiors or wild paint)

Seems a disproportionately high % of 812C's have rough specs.

I know this car! It’s the exact one I was thinking about when I mentioned the bright red interior. It’s been hard to sell for a while because of that. I guess they couldn’t move it quietly so they’re auctioning it publicly. I don’t have high hopes for that one to break records.

The Dubai auction car had a hideous bright interior as well. I'll bet Mecum car yields $1.4m incl fee.

I’m all in favor of doing something fun, but the red exterior and red interior is truly nuts. Hideous. You need to deduct the cost of a new interior from the auction price! That’s probably $200k if you send it back to Ferrari.

All this might help one understand why Ferrari makes more and more tasteless cars...
