    Is there a Testarossa register? I honestly can't believe how many seem to be around.

    I count close to 30 just in my area alone, and I service about 15 of them. Never mind the ones I don't know about.
    Lots down south, U.K, etc. How many just on F-chat? They say 7500 were built, who knows how many have been crashed or scrapped.
    It's seems there are an awful lot of them out there.

    Two white testarossas (not including 512 TRs) were offered on BaT in 2024. One had 26,000 miles on it and sold for $176,000. The other had 46,000 miles on it and sold for $147,000

    Very strong numbers.

    Testarossas are being featured in more videos and articles. All positive attention for these amazing cars.

    Long term one can only think the TR will be a 250-300k car. They are too amazing to be this low.,.. and whilst they are not RARE , compared too modern standard they ARE rare production wise

    A black on tan TR just sold today at the Mecum auction for 350k. I didn't see it go through, but a friend of mine is there at the auction.

    You missed out on the bubble in the late 80's when one sold for $350k :)

    I doubt prices will ever get very high. Enough cheap ones in need of work are still floating around, which drags them all down. Were I to rebuild the engine on mine, the cost would be a significant fraction of the car’s value.

    I am still waiting for BB prices to go up.

    This is probably a large factor for TR values being held in check for so long, just like the Countach held Diablo values in check until they started moving up. There was a famous saga on F-Chat over a decade ago where a Countach was slightly mis-represented by a seller, went on for months. The price of the car? $87k

    nothing has changed since 1999 - dont bother. I found it amusing that the ones slamming the TR the last 20 yrs as being for the enthusiast now want them to go up in value. Some people around here should read their own posts over the years - LOL

    what you understand under real terms and what under nominal terms? even with translator I not see a difference. thank you for explaining

    but the value difference in percent between a TR and a 246 is increasing

    Sorry!

    Real = adjusted for inflation
    Nominal = unadjusted for inflation

    These two numbers are vastly different over the last 35-40 years.

    I just inspected a 1990 today

    $86K in service since 2021…

    I went from “maybe this is for me” to, I’ll still stick to occasionally brokering …

    Red/Tan though. Pretty. Do euro cars get a big price cut here in the states? If so, I wasn’t aware I guess of the significance in the deltas

    That is quite alot if an engine or transmission wasn't replaced. On my Diablo, I'm sitting at about $70k over 10 years.

    Euro cars do take a hit here.

    That amount of money is insane and isn't normal at all. Can you post a link to that car?
