I have seen this Dino at the 50th Anniversary, I had a chance to inspect it while with Marcel.

THIS IS THE 206 I would LOVE to own. There isn’t a much better 206 than this.

There are issues, not big ones, yet still there. Very nice 206.

Difficult to assess, as 2 guys might get swinging at the end, Heaven knows what it could lead to.
Potential deep pockets...don't even look at their bank accounts, maybe? Have a flunky write the check / transfer.....or not.

For a restored car, they could put a couple 'cotter pins' at the h.brake junctions. No fuse cover, etc...

Not difficult to predict at all and will become clear to anyone paying attention to the final bid when the auction closes in three days time.
Unless, of course, the auction gets cancelled before the deadline, the final bid is not honored or is a shill.

Looks like the valve covers were painted (rather than DOW Chromate finish) and something spilled on them damaging the finish.

There seems to be a few different types of clock by Veglia Borletti used on the 206, some with Arabic numerals at 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, others with 3,6 and 9, electronico, quartz, quarzo and no text above the 6. Perhaps the very early 206 clocks were electronic and later ones quartz?

Must be replacements on some of the 206s auctioned at RM Sotheby's then that had quartz clocks. Looks like quartz to me on 00310 too.

It is, and not only, it clashes so badly. I don't understand, all the song and dance about the lovely shade of blue, la la la...

Too round of a number. A cliché.

    remember Austin Powers, requesting 1000,000?

Google the word And go to the bottom of definition,
