Do the solid metal ones have a larger diameter or did they just forget to put the plastic bushing on it (creating rattles, louder door closures and extra wear due to metal/metal contact)?

I wonder if the pin screws into position.

With the new striker did you notice when pulling on the outside door handle to open, its harder and stiffer?

it actually easier. It was much tougher before as the latch had to compete with mangled plastic.

Funny I just replaced my reservoir cap a day prior to reading this. I go in the garage and check her out and find things to do... can't wait for this winter to be over

Heck of a wait time for these but hopefully it’s worth it. Apparently there’s a backlog for parts with heat shielding from Kline. Can’t wait to get these installed!

If you have all new bolts and gaskets, no more than 4 hours on a F430.

Got shot at by a lotta guys using guns built in a cave in Afghanistan. Weirdly it was the aim of the man wielding it that was a bigger concern than geography of birth.

Kline parts are far more proven than cave-built AK's, so I suspect he'll be fine.

Yup whole set from Ricambi. There was a set of gaskets in the box from Kline as well but the factory ones looked nicer.

Gentlemen, my car has been weaponized! No joke, this is on another level. Honestly almost too much so. I’m either scorched earth or mildly quiet depending on the valves. There is no in between. Still getting use to it but the headers make this thing bonkers. I could never imagine not having any cat like some here are considering. I really feel like the sweet spot was with the stock headers and would have likely stayed there if I wasn’t worried about them cracking or causing engine damage. Or, at the lease have the muffler not muffle as much. You can’t tell I did anything with the valves closed as the Kline setup really does quiet things down. Anyway, it is what it is for now.

I second this! my "F430 bucketlist" contains a few things, among which are headers and a decat! A Ferrari to me is never too loud, my new neighbors are going to LOVE me with my cars :)

I don't have much to compare it to. The car sounds completely different in the driver's seat versus outside of the car. I really want to compare it to someone with stainless headers. Doing the final leg of my exhaust video today so I'll have comparisons to stock, stainless, inconel and then inconel with inconel headers. Of course, hardly any of it is really representative of what you hear in person.
