It's spent 10 years in the UK. I guarantee there will be corrosion. Suspension control arms, chassis attachment points, fasteners, exhaust, etc. You would need an expert inspection on a hoist. Replacing lower control arms plus the always troublesome shocks would be minimum 50K.
