 Hüco, sounds exotic, possibly used on early 410 SA. Maybe a very rare and desirable part. Wished I had one for mine :D
Good catch Sergio! You might ask on BaT? That way, we can all learn. :)

Or, Magic marker lines behind distributor? Reference for timing for the new owner?
Guess the photographer thought they were supposed to be there...

is that the choke control lever under the dash?

    Hello Again Tony!

Those are the great questions that BaT surfers do not ask, and some that may, will get their question dropped, erased, as not worthy.

And yes, that is the choke control (I assume) as I do not see one anywhere else, under the dash,
and there many many horrors and errors, but as buyers are not from Dinoland...

Did you see the WELDED shifter? A platinum Dino? Yeah, right.

    kind regards, Alberto

it`s not the choke - sits at the rear end of the center console

it`s called: air mixer control assembly under the dashboard (206 GT and 246 GT L-series have it)
    see no.3

Dear Alberto, Yes I did, change gear slowly. Appears to be converted to Streetfire CDI, not enough detail to see everything but how can the Emergenza switch work or is it just for show!

Havent looked at all of the photos though!

It will be difficult to ascertain. The usual Dino Kool Aid vendors are hard at work on BaT.

I don't see anything here as major hold backs to the car, TBH.

Do you guys think the color is this far off or is it the photos? Has anyone seen jt in person recently?

I have not seen it in person but it looks dark to me. The lead photo by the yacht appears to have been enhanced a bit. In the shot on the lawn at Cavallino it looks dark while the other cars appear to be about right. I have seen a few original paint nocciola cars over the years, just my opinion.

I am a Dino enthusiast but by no means am I an expert. I refer you to the Matthias Bartz Dino Compendium. The 246 L section has color photos of #01100 in Nocciola Metillazzatto, use that as your guide regarding color and ancillary details.

... but never, ever try to rely on a photo or picture, whether digital or print, to determine or match accuracy/correctness of a color on anything, be it a car, a flower leaf, a nose hair or whatever.

    My friend Tony,

I would not dare shift, as I may end with a shifter flying out the passenger's head.
Too many unanswered questions. One poster, re: the shifter, was invited to fly over the check it out. Absurd. a PPI would do, maybe. Or, how about a reply?
"well you see, we had to weld it, and there was a 14 year old working on his bicycle," on and on.

This L might be an 'honest' car if all factors were disclosed, but alas, price / sale will suffer.
I for one, would not buy it, even if capable of doing so, this car hides too many unknowns.

The 'drive' video is insane, with fellow(s) dangling out, filming out of a minivan sliding door. Imagine an emergency 'hit the brakes'? Chop. Involuntary manslaughter. Jail.
    Not worth it.

    Regards, Alberto

I asked the selling broker what the total cost of the restoration was he said it was unknown because the owner didn't want to know the final cost. The car owner hired his own mechanics to pull the car apart and reassemble it. They sent the engine, trans to California for rebuilding. The owner has since purchased another Dino through BAT to do the same sort of big restoration. Still doesn't want to know the total spent The broker explains the owner just loves to restore these cars.

If Steve Kouracos "The Surface Master" was involved was is that only in Comments section?
Some things could be more clear to show the buyer than the advert
