Today I finally learned the origins of the Testarossa roofline

    I have always been fascinated by the subtle difference in roofline between the Testarossa and the TR:

    Where did that original roofline come from? Why would it be designed like that? I always felt it was so strange, yet so beautiful.

    And then, just last week, I came across an image that seems to finally explain it all

    I would have been happy if they stuck to the original roof design.. aerodynamically more efficient... how they decided buttresses are better for 315km/h is well, baffling..

    love it nonetheless... as I dont do 315km/h...
