I own a few classic cars. Since most parts are NLA I try to buy up and keep some of the more common failure and/or hard to find parts when they come available. This is so I have them on hand if needed without having to spend days or months waiting one to pop up.

What would be some good parts to keep on hand for a Testarossa?

You're on a hopeless and endless mission. Calm down and spent your money on the wife or save them up for future maintenance expenses. All major wear parts parts are readily available and the rest you will have to get fabricated along the way if necessary.

    Best, Peter

Major mechanical parts seem to almost never be an issue. Transmission parts for TR are an exception to that and those either are or can be custom made. .
I tend to focus on perishable parts like rubber and on trim pieces. Also on some of the electrical parts. I have spare OEM door seals, emblems, A/C fan speed control and some other odds and ends electrical parts that are NLA.
