I purchased thse headers as part of a series of modifications that I was performiing this fall/winter in order to remove the failure prone stock headers with precats as well as remove the secondary air system. These were advertised as needing no modification and should directly fit to the car.

That was false. I have had to mill out the holes for the exhaust studs to .500" t even get the headers to sit on the head. And once i got them to seat to the head, the hole alignment is so poor that there is not enough clearance for the exhuast nut to turn! I have attempted to contact the seller and have recieved no response.

It looks like I am out $2k and I still have to find a set of replacement headers. Learn from my mistake and avoid Top Gear Eurosport!

I have added some photos to illustrate the shoddy fitment.

Tubi, Capristo or Kline. All expensive..all are a quality product. Time is priceless, you never get it back.

Did you buy them on eBay? If so, you should definitely have recourse.

Those look pretty bad, there are others that have had decent luck with that brand but they had to get them machined to fit well. There are a lot of cheap 360 parts out there due to their production numbers. Depending one where you bought them from, you may be able to return them. I know I would at least make an attempt.

Update on thread, after an initial delay in communication the service has been excellent despite the poor fitment of parts. We agreed to swap for high flow cats, and I opted to order Supersprint headers (as I plan to delete secondary air anyway).

How have the TopGear high flow cats worked out. Any issues?

Got about 1,000 miles on them so far, no complaints. I used OEM hardware for everything.

Sounds positive. How have they changed the sound of the car.

They have definitely made the car louder, but unlike header design where the tube can more heavily influence sound, there really is only one way to make a cat for this car (straightish piece of piece with cat material welded in)

Sadly, most owners wont even do that kinda mileage in their cars, or if they do it takes them like 10 yrs almost sadly...
