    It is a Sprint Race weekend as well.

    FRIDAY 2 MAY - FORMULA 1 FIRST PRACTICE SESSION 12:30 - 13:30 Local time
    FORMULA 1 SPRINT QUALIFYING 16:30 - 17:14

    SATURDAY 3 MAY - FORMULA 1 SPRINT (19 Laps or 60 Mins) 12:00 - 12:30
    FORMULA 1 QUALIFYING SESSION 16:00 - 17:00

    SUNDAY 4 MAY - FORMULA 1 GRAND PRIX (57 LAPS OR 120 MINS) 16:00 - 18:00

    Circuit should be a low degradation one with 1 stop predominate last year. Dirty air and low degradation = must do well in qualy. Mediums and Hard last year were the most used tyre set up.

    The weekend formats aside, I really do like the sprints for one reason: No. Pit. Stops. This is how racing should be; once the lights go out it’s up to the drivers, not pit wall geniuses or tire slingers. /rant:)

    Hopefully a bit less tasteless hip hop culture on display at the venue this time.......ehhh who am I kidding? Of course it will be tasteless.....:oops:

    Hopefully the race will at least be good then. Can I at least hope for no fake "marinas" inside the race track?

    In my backyard and still too expensive for what it is. Cheapest ticket is $1,000 to see a parking lot in Miami Gardens? No thanks.

    I’ll wait for the Challenge race instead where the attendees are at least there to see racing and not pretending to be a VIP :rolleyes:
