I had a car audio shop upgrade the stock setup and they spilled a big dollop of fiberglass epoxy on the carpet that lines the driver’s side rear halfway up the shelf.

Is there still OEM availability of the carpet material that lines most of the interior (not mats)?

Is this the carpet that covers the rear bulkhead, behind the seats? Part #64308000
I might have that for you, pulled from mine in the interior redo.

I think so, it essentially is all of the carpet behind and flanking the seats. Here is a picture of the enclosure I had built. First, without the cover:

Then, here it is with the cover and I’ve circled the part where they dripped epoxy:

Essentially, I see the dollop of epoxy every time I open the door.

Not sure who would be local to you but in my area there are businesses that do interior spot repair. Mostly for dealers. They fill/sand/airbrush seats and steering wheels and can usually spot repair carpet like this too by taking a piece from an area not visible.

Yes, a good carpet technician can graft a piece of carpeting into the affected area.

While were here I could use full set of black carpet for my Berlinetta.

I've found that just typing "Ferrari 64308000" (in this case) into da google machine:D will sometimes bring-up more hits than you would expect. Unfortunately, many of those will be larger places like Eurospares or Ricambi that show "New, to order" which means that they don't have it in stock, and it might get made in the next few years.... maybe. Always verify - you might get a pleasant surprise. Eurospares had the bulkhead carpet, even though labeled "To Order", and came still in the Ferrari plastic.
My floor carpet came out of a pristine 355 that was wrecked, from the German ebay. My non-airbag dash out of a dealer in Sweden. None of these pieces toook less than 6 months to source, and that dash took two tries, because the first was a mislabeled airbag dash like I already had (and was replacing).
Just did the search - eventually, even the most elusive part might pop-up, even if it takes a few years.

On a related note, I've got a full tan carpet set, and at least one full upper/lower airbag dash that i'll be selling sometime soon, among other things.

Nice upgrade! Sucks the installers were messy. Something so simple always costs more time than you think. They should do the work to make it right.
