Do you have a link to AP Headers - I can’t seem to be able to find them.

Don't forget you'll need header blankets regardless of coating. Or use a company that can add shielding so don't forget to budget for that.

I can't recall exactly, but I think someone mentioned that Fabspeed and AP come out of the same factory. Not sure if that's a good thing or bad thing. I don't think there are a ton of user reviews here on them (or at least not recently)

Someone quoted “They are the same as the Agency Power and other Taiwan made headers and have been shown to cause a dip in low end torque and mid range power due to their design being 4-1. They do deliver great peak sound at high RPM, but it's not worth the sacrifice in power / driveability.”

Dip in power for sure, but great sound.

This is where I am almost settled on after about a year of research. When I let my (open valve) scud rip in a tunnel, it sounds basically the same as the videos I see of people doing in it in xpipe / inconel scuds. Minus perhaps a bit of inconel pinging.

So, after all the research, I'm still leaning towards oem+ scud (oem muffler, valve controller, maybe some new headers).

You heard right. However, with a spider, you'll likely get tired of that level of sound after the novelty wears off. You'll need to get your ECU tuned to remove the error codes when you change your headers.

At 24 you can live with nearly anything, but at 40 you start to pay for it and at 50 you risk tinnitus which I have, tinnitus is incurable. Some days I can't even hear people talking from the ringing in my ears. The ringing never goes away.

Don't sell your current setup too fast. Kline takes a while to get things shipped as they're all made to order.
