From this thread with a lot of info:

Summery basically hybrid system and battery is covered for 7 years.

    https://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/threads/warranty-period-clarification.694897/

"I contact the dealer who explained that the Hybrid system is a 7 year warranty. It is covered under the 36 month bumper to bumper warranty and for 4 additional years after that (which is what I am seeing in the app).
They are now offering 1 and 2 year extended warranty (bumper to bumper) and the costs is $7600 for 1 year and $11,600 for 2 years. You also have the option of extended the hybrid warranty starting in year 8 (which is the program they recently announced)."

First the 7 year is free and included, that cover hybrid system and battery. Your basic warranty is 3 years engine and other components. I am not sure if Federal (8years) and California (10 years) applies to Ferrari.

As far as extended warranty cost, should be around $7500 per year. Best to consult with your Ferrari service advisor for definite answer.

Just my 02, the cost of replacing battery on SF90 is $23k + Labor, so give or take, $30k, not a big deal, they cost should also come down overtime with newer versions of battery pack.

Quote from Ferrari "The replacement HVB is a new, state-of-the-art component, even if battery technology has advanced"

I am on my 4th hybrid super car since 2017, 0 issues with these, I drive them hard too. Also have Model X plaid (current kids hauler), Taycan Turbo S and Model S previously. Combined miles of 3 EVs, almost 200k miles total driven. The Model S rear electric motor was replaced by Tesla under warranty due to light noise underload (drives perfectly fine). Made appointment on app, dropped off in the morning and pick up in afternoon.

I like to mod cars, but with SF90, I do not recommend ecu tune, high flow cats, exhaust (hopefully I am wrong). Those potentially cause weird issues, the exhaust valve controller should be fine. The car also should be plugged in if you going to let it sit without driving for more than 2 days or more, most of issues I have read seems to be caused by 12V battery not HVB, similar to that of F8.
