My paint is in good shape. Small rock chips being touched up. Some buffing fade around sharp edges can’t be fixed. Will be driving it weekly for 4 months of the year. Do you guys think it’s worth the extra $$$ to wrap the whole car or just do the front end and rear bumper?

I think the answer depends a lot on the roads in your area, and/or what type of roads you drive. I'm lucky enough to live in Florida, our roads are smooth and clean, I don't travel on a lot of unpaved surfaces, and rarely on the interstates. I've been driving my car weekly for the last 10 years without any appreciable wear, yeah a very rare chip here and there, but nothing that I would even consider doing PPF anywhere on the paint on my car.
The only place I have protective film on my car, two layers in fact, are the front indicators/fog light lenses. If they get cracked or broken, they're almost impossible to find.
Since your paint is already worn in spots, you might be better off saving the money for a repaint at some point in the future.

I’m in Chicago where we have lots of potholes, which piles up gravel on the roads. Also, I will be driving on highways occasionally

Definitely put some thick Laminx protective film on the glass "flash to pass" lamps, they are low down and unavailable if they crack.

Also, put some ppf on the chrome door sill trim, the upper part which gets scuffed by shoes when you get in and out of the car. Use metal polish first to get rid of scratches, and then put on a 1 inch strip of protective film. I also painted my gas pedal satin black, and put a clear ppf film on that. Lubricate two little roller bearings in the gas pedal while you are at it, you will have a nice smooth pedal action.
