    I have tickets to a play this afternoon so no coverage from me.

    Lake Forest should be ok I think. Winnetka next week you might want to check as it's a lot closer to Chicago. Not political, just a fact :eek:

    Coming up this month, the Brian Redman historical races at Road America. Also the IMSA sport car event is the last weekend of July, and we have Oshkosh if you love airplanes and warbirds. The worlds best AIRSHOW.

    Fuelfed until September events. They have events until December in Chicago. Best event is September, the Ferrari Concours. Also Geneva Concours coming up at the end of August.

    Sad news, Curtis Leaverton passed away this week. He was a car collector who owned some fantastic sports cars. You would see him at the Road America BRIC races every year in his Alfa T33/3 pictured. He owned a motorcycle cam company based in Iowa that he sold a few years ago. This T33/3 was brought in from England with Continental's help.

    By the way, we will miss your enthusiasm for sportscars in Illinois. Have fun at all the BIG car events in Florida. Go to Sebring if you have never. It is quite the spectacle, although as you will see not a Road America.

    I heard there is a show in Naperville tomorrow but do not know where. Anyone know?? A GTR F1 might show up. Also Supercar Saturdays is back, they had one last week in Barrington.
